Price each vehicle class with a flat rate, a base plus a per-mile or per-km rate with a minimum fare, or fixed prices between zones like the airport and downtown. Or switch the page to request-a-quote.

Add your Stripe key in Settings and customers pay by card through Stripe Checkout when they book. The money lands in your Stripe account. Beridy never holds it.

Private car FAQ
Questions car services ask.
Does Beridy track flights?
No. There's no flight tracking. Customers can put their flight number in the booking notes, and you or your dispatcher check the flight before pickup.
Where does the card money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. You paste your Stripe key in Settings, and Stripe Checkout charges the customer when they book. Beridy never holds the money. Stripe's own processing fees apply as usual.
How do I price airport runs?
Use zone pricing: name your zones (airport, downtown, the suburbs you serve) and set a fixed price for each pair. Or charge a base plus a per-mile or per-km rate with a minimum fare. Round trips are priced at double.
Can I quote some jobs instead of showing a price?
Your booking page runs in one mode at a time: instant price or request-a-quote. Switch any time in Settings. Jobs that come in by phone can be added from your dashboard at whatever fare you agreed.
Can I put the booking form on my website?
Yes. Settings has a copy-paste snippet that puts the full booking form on your site. It resizes itself and uses your logo and brand color. The integrations guide has steps for each website builder.
Can I remove the Powered by Beridy badge?
Not right now. It shows at the bottom of your booking pages, but not on the form you embed on your own website.
Do my drivers need a separate app?
They open the driver app in their phone's browser and sign in with a 4-digit PIN. No app store download, no company phone.
What does it cost?
$0 a month and $0.50 per completed ride. No per-driver fee and no contract. Beridy's fee is separate from your Stripe fees.
