Can riders buy individual seats on a scheduled shuttle?
Yes. Set up a shuttle run with its stops in order, days, season, seats and fares by zone. Riders pick a date, a run and where they get on and off, then pay per rider. Charters and group trips still book the whole vehicle.
Does Beridy print a passenger manifest?
Each shuttle run date has a passenger list in the dashboard, stop by stop: who gets on, how many riders, bikes and bags, and who still needs to pay. It isn't a printable sheet yet, and a booking lists its lead contact, not every rider's name.
Can I run a daily or weekly route?
Yes. Create a recurring plan with the weekdays, time, pickup, drop-off, rate, and driver. Beridy books each run ahead of the day. Pause it over holidays and turn it back on after.
How do I stop two groups booking the same bus?
Add your vehicles by type. When a booking comes in, Beridy checks whether any vehicle of that type is free around that time. If not, the customer is told it's fully booked. A vehicle sold by the seat, and every scheduled run, fills up by riders instead, so a second group can share the bus until the seats run out.
Can I bill a company, school, or hotel instead of the rider?
Yes. Set the ride's payment to facility billing on Net 15 or Net 30 terms and the due date is tracked on the ride. Beridy doesn't generate the invoice document itself.
How do I price shuttle trips?
Per vehicle type: a flat rate, a base plus a per-mile or per-km rate with a minimum fare, or fixed prices between zones you define, for the whole vehicle or per rider. Scheduled runs price each rider by how many zones they ride through, plus bags. Round trips are priced at double. Or quote every job by hand.
What does it cost?
$0 a month and $0.50 per completed ride, however many passengers are on board. No per-driver fee and no contract.
