Who this is for

Beridy is for the small NEMT fleet, not the regional operator.

If you're weighing MediRoutes against Beridy, the size of your fleet and where your trips come from matter more than any feature list.

You run 1 to 10 vehicles

Owner-operators and small teams where the owner is often also the dispatcher, and sometimes the driver.

Your volume goes up and down

A per-ride fee costs nothing in a slow month. A subscription bills either way.

You book a lot of private-pay and facility rides

Families, clinics, and discharge planners who can book or request a quote on your own site.

Beridy vs MediRoutes

Beridy and MediRoutes, side by side.

MediRoutes doesn't publish pricing, so treat the right-hand column as typical for legacy, sales-led dispatch software, not a quote from them. Everything in the Beridy column is what's true today.

When MediRoutes might still be the better fit

Beridy doesn't submit Medicaid claims, take trips from broker portals, optimize multi-load routes, or send visit data to a state EVV aggregator. Its GPS and signature record is self-verified, not a certified EVV submission. There are no app store apps either; the driver app runs in a phone browser.

If most of your trips come through a broker or a Medicaid contract that depends on any of those, you need software built around them. Ask MediRoutes to show you how they handle each one before you decide. If most of your work is private-pay, facility, or repeat riders you schedule yourself, Beridy is the cheaper and faster way to run it.

What changes when you switch

What moving to Beridy looks like.

Four things change on day one. The rest of your week stays the same: riders, drivers, vans.

Setup is self-serve

Sign up with email or Google, add your vehicle types and prices, add a driver, and share your booking link. No sales call.

You pay per completed ride

$0.50 when a ride is completed. No monthly fee, no per-seat charge. No rides, no bill.

Standing orders move to recurring plans

Re-enter each regular rider once as a recurring plan with weekdays, time, and driver. Beridy books the runs from then on.

Booking moves onto your own site

Families and facilities book or request a quote on your website through the embedded form, under your logo and colors.

Pricing

Pay for rides, not seats.

No monthly fee, no per-seat charges, no contract. You pay $0.50 the moment a ride is completed. Nothing before, nothing after.

Pay-as-you-ride

+ $0.50 per completed ride

Switching FAQ

Switching from MediRoutes.

Can I import my trips from MediRoutes?

There's no import tool. Most small fleets re-enter their regular riders as recurring plans and add the next couple of weeks of one-off trips from the dashboard. That's usually an afternoon for a fleet under ten vehicles.

Can I run both while I switch?

Yes. Beridy has no setup fee and no monthly fee, so running it alongside your current system for a few weeks only costs $0.50 for each ride you complete in Beridy.

Will Beridy handle my broker trips?

Not automatically. There's no broker integration, so broker trips have to be added by hand. If most of your volume comes from brokers, that's a real reason to stay on a broker-connected platform.

Does Beridy keep the trip records an auditor asks for?

Each completed ride keeps GPS position and time at pickup and drop-off and a signature or the reason there isn't one. It's self-verified by Beridy, not a certified state EVV submission, so check what your state or payer requires.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time from billing. You're never charged for rides you haven't completed.
